The media could not be loaded. The juicer work okay for the first week..I noticed that the strawberries and most soft fruits wouldn't juice well but it was ok. The exit slot for the pulp gets clogged some times, and the pulp just binds up.. the screen could be a little bigger but it's ok. The on off button broke on my C16 and I don't know how it happened because it wasn't drop or used roughly. I went to turn it on and the buttoned was really lose l. It will not reverse right now , I am really sad right now because I thought I was going to have this machine for a long time l, but it is really done for after a week of use.
