Great materials and overall quality but it's like shower curtain rod that you have to spin to tighten to the door frame. to make matters worse, the grips themselves rotate. There's no way to make it so that it doesn't spin when you hang onto it. If you try to keep your knuckles on top, you will just drop an inch or two. Serious design flaw in these type of pull up bars.
