It is really good for the price, but you do get what you pay for. The weights are exceedingly difficult to insert into the vest but at least once they’re in there, they’re in there. I bought the 20 pound vest and it is plenty heavy, I think it’s enough for most people buying this product. I went from being easily able to do 30+ pushups to around 8 while wearing this vest. Can’t beat the price. As my routine intensifies I’ll opt for one of the pricier ones because they are more durable and have better weight distribution. But this vest was great to build a new habit. Shortened my mile run time ! Read more
For the price, it’s a good weight vest. However, one of the seams/stitching between two of the pockets is torn and now two weight pouches are loose in their little pockets. Overall, decent vest with good comfort. Read more

I was surprised at how comfortable this is. I do not put the weights on the top front / chest area, as I am female and it wouldn't fit well. Without those weights, it Velcro straps perfectly around the front, with one row of weights. I put it on to do chores, etc. When I take it off, I feel great! Read more
