These are very nice weights and I got the 45lb and they both seam to weight the same ? The handles could be slightly wider or I just have wide hands . But all and all they are very nice and they do have a slight smell of the rubber but it's no big deal to me . I will buy the 50lb very soon and this is a very good dumbbell set of 45lb .
