Capos work well as intended. Pretty good for price point. Only real issue is that the springs lose strength pretty easy, so be careful not to leave it clamped to anything for too long. Put my guitar in its case with the capo left on a couple of times and I started having string buzzing since the capo wasn’t pressing as hard. Since it comes in a 2-pack this can be temporarily remedied if you put your capo on the guitar and put the handles of the other capo on the inside of the first to push on the handles and increase compression. If you are just starting out these are fine, but I would recommend buying a better capo if you want to go further into guitar. Read more
