We liked this product initially but the second scent we bought was so offensive that we had to turn the diffuser off. We contacted the company, which states in its App, that any scent found unpleasant will be replaced. Caveat. NOT if purchased through AMAZON. That policy puts the burden on Amazon and who in their right mind would return two opened bottles of smelly stuff to a second-party seller? Read more
