I don’t usually write reviews, but this one deserves it. I ordered the 30ft Capshi HDMI 2.1 cable and I’m genuinely impressed. First of all, the cable feels very premium. The braided design is strong and not cheap at all. Even at 30ft length, I was worried about signal loss, but there’s absolutely no issue. I’m getting smooth 4K at 120Hz with no flicker, no black screen, no dropouts. Gaming feels super smooth and the picture quality is crystal clear. Colors look great and HDR works perfectly. Everything just works the way it’s supposed to. For the price, this is honestly an amazing deal. If anyone is thinking about getting a long HDMI 2.1 cable, I highly recommend this one. This is a simple review. The cord works great, the price is great, and I am pleased with the quality of the item. I have bought several so far and have not had any issues. It transfers data without disruption (signal quality is solid) and seems sturdy/durable. It is a little stiff, but that is likely due to the quality of the material used (they are flexible enough but don't feel like cheap plastic due to having a cloth exterior). 10/10 for me. Read more
After constant dropouts using a shorter HDMI cable that wasn't quite as long as I wished, I decided long HDMI cables probably all would have the same results when connected to my inexpensive, wall mounted TV that came with my apartment. But after reading dozens of reviews about longer cables that worked on a wide variety of displays, I decided to spring for this highly rated, but not overly expensive, 30' cable. That 30' would allow running along the baseboard halfway around the room from my desk to the TV instead of across the floor. The good: It actually made my TV look better than a much shorter, much more expensive cable from Best Buy. In fact, the TV actually looks better than the screen on my laptop I'm using to stream shows to the TV with! The bad: Large diameter, stiff woven jacket. I'm talking industrial grade here. Well suited for in wall permanent connections, but I'm sure it will damage my PC's jack if I try to move my laptop to, well, my lap. I solved my problem with a very thin and highly flexible 3' cable added to the laptop end. It, too, has excellent reviews for not degrading the signal, so I'm a happy camper now. Read more
Let me introduce you to the Capshi 2ft 8K 4K@120Hz HDMI Cable 2.1—a cable so high-tech, I feel like I should have to pass a background check just to plug it in. This thing supports 8K, which is amazing because my TV only does 4K, my eyesight tops out at 1080p, and most of what I watch is still in blurry potato-quality from 2009 YouTube uploads. At 2 feet long, it's not here to mess around or create spaghetti under your entertainment center. No, this is a short king of a cable—straight to the point, no slack, no drama. It’s like, “You want me to connect your console to your TV? Cool. But I’m not doing laps around the room to do it.” And let’s talk performance. This thing handles 4K at 120Hz like it’s pouring water. Smooth, seamless, and probably more consistent than my Wi-Fi, my sleep schedule, or my ability to commit to a gym membership. It’s also built like a tiny armored snake—braided, thick, and probably capable of towing a small vehicle in an emergency. If my house ever floods, I’m clinging to this HDMI cable and hoping for the best. In conclusion: Overkill? Yes. Necessary? No. Do I love it? Absolutely. Very sturdy cable, a little too sturdy perhaps. The connector housings are longer than they need to be and, while the cable is braided, it's also incredibly stiff and doesn't bend easily so if you're working in a tight space where your device is close to the wall, the non-bendy cable with the long connector limit how close you can push it back. If neither of those things is an issue for you, you should be fine with them. Admittedly, the rubber-sheathed cable that came with my new Xbox is also quite stiff, thought the connectors are a little smaller (it's also 6' long). Read more
