Literally so cute. This little guy is so so soft, and the strawberry is secured under it's chin and is completely removeable. When you take the hat off, it reveals the capybaras little ears, which are so cute! I am planning to get one to give to a friend of mine who looooves capybaras. We are both in our 20's so it really is a gift that is great for all ages lol. The quality is also really great. It feels soft, plush, and squishy and looks and feels well made. I got the small version and it is still pretty large! Definitely check the measurements because this isn't a small little plush by any means. It does come vacuum packed, but it puffed up and took it's full form pretty quickly. I didn't even have to put it in the dryer or anything and there's no trace of it being flat packed (like seams or creases or anything wonky). Read more

We have a couple of other plush Capybaras that are the same size and shape as this one but the strawberry hat makes the head look a little bigger so it's extra cute. Even though the hat has a snap button under the chin, it isn't too tight so it can be taken off and put back on really easily. The Capy came packed pretty tight in a vacuum sealed bag but we used a steamer to get the wrinkles out of the fur back in shape. As with other 9 inch Cappies from this brand, they could use more stuffing as the lack of stuffing is obvious with the structure not being rigid enough. Read more
