I love this product! It does exactly what I need it to and charges my work scanning device very well, and fast. I use it for the company I work for as a courier and use it as a back-up charging method. Unfortunately, the company I work for their vehicles have those Ram charging units in them, but they’re broken in half of them and that’s why I bought this. I was going to return the item because it does not charge my handheld device but unfortunately the box was thrown away it came it so I guess I have to eat the cost , but the light comes on the charger icon shows up but does not charge the device!!!!!!
