Good tool and good seller
The item I purchased felt heavy-duty and well-made, even though I had to return it due to my own mistake. The seller was very accommodating with the return process, and I received my refund within just a few days. They even reached out to me to offer guidance on how to properly use the tool. Unfortunately, my car's fender has two layers of metal, which prevented me from being able to use it to pop out the dent.
