I cannot tell you how much I love this thing. I’ve been waiting to write the view when I got an opportunity to use it. First, it is a really nice thing to have in the house to charge stuff with. I do use it on a regular basis to dispatch some of the charge in the battery which you should do. Also, I’ve had to use it now twice and each time no trouble starting the car. I had a battery go out. I replaced it. I bought this kit. The new battery after a couple months gave me some trouble. It wouldn’t start two days in a row use that battery jumper and boom it started and I replaced the battery and I love this thing. It gives me a piece of mind and it’s super easy to use. I start off with the negative then put the positive and there’s a little light on those jumper cables to tell you that you’ve put it on properly and that it’s ready to go. I love that feature and again if you lose power in the house, you have some extra juice to maybe charge your phone or your iPad or maybe you have a USB fan in the house too it’ll work off of that box. The only thing that would’ve made this so much better would’ve been the carrying case that I had to buy separate, but it is totally worth every penny for my peace of mind, knowing that I have that I take it with me when I leave the house I don’t like it stored in the car cause I feel like the cold weather here will drain it so I take it with me. This way also you don’t have to wait for a tow truck company to come in and jump you or ask a stranger in a parking lot for a jump. It has a flashlight so if you’re in the dark and this happens to you, you have that also you have a spare one for the house cause again if your power goes out, you have this as a bit of a backup . The media could not be loaded. I purchased this portable jump starter with low expectations, but it completely exceeded them. When it arrived, I fully charged it and all four indicator lights were on within an hour or two. The next day, I used it on my older Hyundai that doesn’t get driven often and was completely dead—no lights, no response at all. It was incredibly easy to use. I connected the cables, attached them to the battery terminals, and the interior lights came on immediately. The car started right up. Since the battery needs to be replaced, the car wouldn’t restart after being shut off, but I was able to jump-start it three times. Even after that, the jump starter only lost one battery bar. Great tool that you need to keep one in each of your vehicles. We've all had our batteries die, or someone will ask you for jumper cables. These are small and easy to use. Better alternative than heavy and bulky cables. The technology will not allow you to accidentally cross the wires. Much safer in my experience. Read more

I was excited to buy this as I have a habit of leaving my interior lights on(2015 Mustang with automatic LED head lights, and when I open my door my interior lights come on/stay on for a few minutes so it’s hard to tell if they are going to go off or not). That being said, my car ALWAYS starts when I jump it with regular jumper cables and another vehicle OR someone else’s portable jump starter. This one I purchased has left me stranded multiple times at home, and while out shopping to the point where I embarrassingly have to wander the parking lot for a stranger. I am a young female, so it’s always nerve racking, especially at night approaching a stranger to ask if they have jumper cables. Thankfully, everyone has been helpful and they come over with their own portable jump starter and my starts immediately. First try. This one here worked a few times here and there jump starting my car but inconsistently and almost always have to attempt more than once. Tonight really was the last straw for me. I am sitting here crying after trying to jump my battery unsuccessfully and am unable to make it to my family’s THANKSGIVING dinner. The portable jumper was charged to 60% and did not jump my car after 3 attempts and then the jump starter itself died. I will admit that my battery terminals have some corrosion, but I went out and cleaned them with a water and baking soda mixture, and still this wouldn’t start my car. Like I mentioned, EVERY single time I’ve needed a jump, someone else has always been able to start my car, corrosion and all. Obviously I just need a new battery, but I still want a reliable portable jump starter just in case. I seriously mean it when I say every single portable jumper has never failed on the first try(at least 5 different people have helped me with their own jump starters) so why won’t this one? Unfortunately the return window has closed so I’m unsure what to do, but I’m sitting alone on Thanksgiving because I can’t get my car to start and since the jump starter died, I can’t even attempt to try again since it takes several hours to charge itself. My mom died of covid in the recent years, and I struggle daily but especially with holidays. I shouldn’t be dealing with an inconsistent jump starter to the point that I am by myself, crying on thanksgiving. I guess I should have just bought a more expensive one, but as a vet tech, I do not make a ton of money and wanted to attempt to save money. The reviews were promising.
