Looks great, plenty of light and the animation is awesome. Flimsy and thin connections snapped off very easily but wasn't a deal breaker. An unexpected bonus was that it dampened the auto closing mechanism on my hatch. It used to feel like it would slam shut pretty aggressively but with the added ring of cushioned plastic/light that goes all around the trim, it somehow made it close softer. Its an added bonus that I wasn't expecting but definitely appreciate and noticed. Read more

The media could not be loaded. Lights were easy to install and easy to trim. They do have a start up pattern/dance that I couldn't turn off. If installing in a Subaru, the wire colors are red to pink and black to white if you want them to turn on when the gate is open. Black to green if you want the light to always be on. Read more
