It’s a stethoscope. Works great was diagnosing whether it was a timing chain or valves on my motorcycle and didn’t want to take it all apart. This stethoscope works fairly well. I was able to pinpoint a ticking noise in the engine, which made it worth the purchase. The tubing is a two-piece design that screws together, and it feels a little flimsy because of that. Excellent tool for auto mechanics or sprinkler repair
I was a mechanic for many years and used stethoscopes for diagnosing automotive issues and they work excellent.
