The listing doesn't do this justice for just how awesome this bag is. 1 - The cooler compartment is collapsible -- however -- it is fully velcroed in place and isn't going anywhere unless you want it to. The pouch is very sturdy and is surrounded by a nice thick layer of insulation. 2 - the front pockets are great too -- theres a key clip in the small front pouch. Within the bigger pouch - the Velcro keeping the cooler compartment in place also means whatever you store in there will not fall down and get lost - plus there's a small compartment that is lined for a phone or possibly gentle enough for glasses as well. Then there mesh pockets in the back with two larger areas and three pen areas. 3 - the laptop compartment is also top notch. It's a fully lined - completely separate from the cooler. 4 - the drink sleeve is a solid material - deep and large -- only downside is that there's only one. 5 - thoughtful details for easy use -- the zipper pulls for the front top compartment have reinforced loops that are easy to grasp -- the sternum buckle to connect the straps has a design where you press flat sides to release the mechanism instead of the sunken in tabs - making it easier to press, even if you have low grip/finger strength. great bag, I have used it for about 5-6 months and is holding up great. has enough space for a clipboard in the back compartment the cooler portion is sufficient size and with a few frozen water bottles will keep cold for 12 hours. overall I wish it was just a little bit bigger but works well. I love Carhartt products. They very rarely disappoint. This cooler bag is just awesome. Extremely well made, and roomy. With 4 small ice packs, it keeps my food and water ice cold all day. I'm a trucker and need a place to keep my lunch, snacks, and water easily accessible. Zippers are top quality and open smoothly. I keep a 7 inch GPS and an extra USB charging cable in the front zippered compartment. Perfect fit, even with all the wires and suction cup. It has another zippered mesh pocket inside the lid which holds all my other stuff for the day. It would be nice to have a few more compartments on the outside but it's not a deal breaker by any means. Still, the best quality cooler I've ever had, and it can take a beating in my truck.
