For Carhartt Loose Fit, one size smaller than my regular size fits me perfectly. However, Relaxed Fit is very tricky. It varies. For instance, Relaxed Fit T-shirts are true to size, so I buy my regular size. On the other hand, for items like Force hooded T-shirts, I had to buy one size smaller. For this Force Long Sleeve, my regular size happened to be too loose. While I reordered one size smaller, I decided to use the regular-sized one for layering on top of a short-sleeved T-shirt.
