Replenish minerals leeched by drinking tea
Thank God for these trace minerals! Did you know things high in oxalates (like some green leafy vegetables and regular tea) can make your body “leech” minerals? I drink tea, so I decided to take these minerals, to replenish my mineral stores. I honestly think I have far fewer crashes in the day, where I can’t figure out why I’m so tired. Possibly no crashes at all since being faithful to take these with food about 3x a week. Read more
