Love the little scooter and it perfectly fits my needs while recovering from surgery. The only thing is mine came with a bad battery. After an overnight charge, the battery meter is fully green but it runs down within an hour of unplugging it without even riding it!! I hope Caroma will make it right. Read more

The media could not be loaded. This little scooter is a great ride! I was really surprised at the speed it is capable of and the acceleration; it is quick! It was so easy to assemble, I had it together and out for a test ride in maybe 45 minutes. Even the tires were pumped up and ready to go. I have not installed the child seat as I am old and even my grandkids are a little big for that at 10 and 18...LOL! The lights are not crazy bright but sufficient to be seen. It will be a great little short commuter, run to the grocery, and around the neighborhood ride. I plan to use it for rides around our neighborhood and eventually to a nearby grocery once I am comfortable with it on a street. I highly recommend this scooter, solid!!! Read more

I bought this for my daughter to get around her college campus & city. It’s great for that purpose but a bit too heavy to tote up & down her 3 flr dorm. Read more

These started out really nice...for about a month. After that, nothing but problems. We bought two, I use mine to go to work or the store, maybe four miles one way a day. Some minor hills, rarely in damp conditions. Distance halved in that time. I got a partial refund for it. My wife uses her for ubereats deliveries. Maybe 35 miles a week. Hers outlasted mine by another month. The breaks fail constantly, we've had them fixed multiple times and they let go. The throttle occasionally sticks and tries to run you into traffic. My wife had her motor randomly lock a few times and it threw her once. The distance they go was halved in two months, but by six months the 30 mile one barely goes 8 miles. My 22 mile one barely goes four. Tonight my motor fried on the way home on flat ground and i had yo walk home. It's October, I got it in March. If you need a good commuter scooter that actually lasts, these are not it. TWO we got. We've taken good care of them, and mine is done, and hers is getting there. Hasn't even been eight months. [update] After using a scooter for about a month, I am reevaluating it to be ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ (3/5) from ⭐️ (1/5) stars. I have owned and still own multiple scooters from brands like Segway, GoTrax, Niu. I'm not a pro-scooter, just a commuter, but this scooter falls short on many expectations I would assume a scooter should be able to do these days. But let’s start with pros: Pros: - Solid construction - Good acceleration - Range is close to stated (within a few miles) - Adjustable seat and handlebar height. - Standard bike handle, meaning you can buy all the bike gadgets and attach them to the handlebar. - Quiet motor without noticeable hum, smooth ride. CONS: - If ignition is on and you plug it in to charge, you will brick the scooter. In my case, it unbrick itself after a day or two, but that is not something you'd expect from a design perspective. - There is no speed display, no mileage indication, only a small battery indicator. - There is **NO** speed control. Even cheap 150 dollar scooters offer a simple switch from "fast mode" to "slow mode". The throttle on this scooter is extremely sensitive and it is quite dangerous navigating around at a slower speed. - There is no app or any other way to connect to the scooter. - The set up was not too smooth. Disk brakes need to be adjusted. - Motor acceleration is not smooth; it feels like the microchip that modulates the scooter’s speed occasionally kicks in and abruptly turns off the power. In practice, this creates a jerk, especially noticeable at lower speeds. I have seen cheap scooters do that too. - build quality, while solid, is rough at the edges. [first review] Mine started fine, tested the throttle, headlights, brake lights, all working well, but the display indicated low battery. Then I turned it off, plugged it into the charger, and in 8 hours it was completely dead. Like instead of charging battery i killed it. The charger was initally red, typical for charging state. Seats are comfy, disc brakes are okay, need to be adjusted. Everything looks rough but secure. If you ever owned a Segway or NIU, you would be disappointed by the build quality. But for this price, it definitely is great value. If it works, of course. In my case, it does not. Read more
