So I ended buying one of these for my mom to get back and forth since she lived alone in another state and has bones issues. She has had an accident before so riding this is something she barely did. When we first put it together, wheel in front was unable to align , Tire also needed air bit anyways I bought this May 31 - it is July 22 and now it won’t charge. She rode it barely 4-5 times. This scooter is definitely worth the money. Got a really good deal because some of these other scooters, the prices are outrageous! This scooter was not hard to put together, just a few bolts here and there which it does include the tools and everything that you would need. The scooter is fast and enjoyable to ride around in. The battery last a good little bit too. It just depends if you are climbing hills or riding around on a pretty flat surface. I got this scooter for my uncle who can not get around so good due to his breathing issues and doesnt have a vehicle. This scooter can get to to the corner market in no time! Was easy to put together. People in the neighborhood wanted to buy one for their family members who doesn't have a vehicle once they seen this one. Doesn't make any noise when operating. Brakes works perfectly. Tires are amazing. Turns well. Basket is definitely convenient. Seats are adjustable and soft, but while riding it did dropped down, handlebars dropped down as well had to readjust and tighten. Took no time for the battery to charge. Easy to fold. This scooter was a gift to my sister for her to travel to and from work. She was going to use the money to pay off the bike. But because of the costant seat issues and error codes that have been popping up she hasn't been able to pay it off. And now we are currently paying off a bike we are not even using. The problem I have is it does not ride good. The frame is a direct mount to the axel which makes it a hard ride. The only way to soften it is to inflate the tires to only 38 to 40 lbs not the recommended maximum of 45. This at least helps to soften the ride. The only other complaint I have is the speed control throttle is mounted in reverse. To speed up you need to twist the right hand control towards you. For safety you should twist the handle away to speed up. This would give you better throttle control. As it is you have to use your right thumb to grip something that is stationary to give you a point of stability and control. Read more
