Happy with this little guy once I put mirrors on it. I Haven’t clocked it, but it has to be close to 20 mph. Not sure on the total mileage it will get. I put around 7 miles on it one day and it only dropped one bar. Suspension is decent enough but if you hit a pot hole you’ll know. You need to try to look ahead the best you can sitting this low to the ground, you could lose control if you hit a hole on this baby, at full speed. Decent size basket and well made. I was super impressed with the brightness of the headlight. The running taillight is a nice safety feature as well as a break light. The seat is decently cushioned, coul be better for this old butt. All in all this a quality little scooter that will get you from point a to point B. Enjoy it but be conscious of the fact it is low and could be a danger if of not riding safely. Read more

The media could not be loaded. The scooter rides very smoothly and feels light while riding, and the braking performance is excellent. It fits perfectly in the trunk of my MDX, which is a huge plus. The handlebars are foldable, although it can feel a bit heavy when lifting it. I’m planning to take it to the beach this weekend and really enjoy it! The media could not be loaded. I use this scooter every day and it changed my life! The battery lasts all day and I don’t need to charge it often. It goes up hills very easily and rides very smooth. The seat is super comfy, even on long rides. I get lots of compliments from people. The basket is strong—I carry my groceries with no problem. It’s easy to fold and take in the car. Got this for my daughter for xmas and was easy to assemble and is good quality. The light n brake light are pretty bright and it def. Goes pretty quick. My daughter has even road it in the snow a little and it still goes and has preety decent traction. The only things i wish i would have looked and made sure it had was a speedometer just cuz it be nice to know how fast ur going and the acceleration handle semi broke to where its not secured onto the handle but it still works. I received this scooter a month ago. It was easy to put together and the video that I found online helped me understand how to put it together. OK, so far so good. I rode it to work and back for two days and loved it I couldn’t say enough good things about it. The next week I rode it to work again fine. The next day I rode it to work and then on the way home it died—just DIED—in the middle of an intersection in downtown Washington DC putting me in extreme danger. It cost me $45 to find a large Uber to get me home. I contacted support, and after being on hold, i talked to what must’ve been just a generic call center, who took my info and said someone would call me. Instead, it took them a couple days to get back to me VIA EMAIL and they gave me written instructions that made no sense to me telling me to do something that I had no idea how to do. No pictures, nothing. I sent them an email back explaining that I didn’t understand their instructions nor did I understand how to remove the battery as they had asked as there were no instructions on how to do that. They sent me back a video asking me to check connections in the battery, but still no instructions on how to actually access the battery. I no longer trust this brand despite the fact that I actually did love the scooter. I returned it on Amazon and I will say that their “after purchase service“ was quite unhelpful. It took me an hour to put it together. It’s going to take me another hour to take it apart so it can be shipped back. Unfortunately, after the first two rides, I threw the box away because it was recycling day and now I have no way to actually get it into a box to ship back because it’s very big and weighs 80 pounds. Despite the fact that I loved the scooter when I rode it, this whole mishagas has been quite upsetting. I would urge everyone to be wary of this company. Read more

The media could not be loaded. I have been riding around on this Scooter now for a few weeks and so far so good 👍 Comfortable ride with nice shock suspension in the rear and front. Helpful with the very many uneven roads and pot holes in NYC. Nice display on the right handle bar. The scooter has 3 speed variations and you can toggle between odometer, speed, time on scooter, & battery power output. Easy to turn on front light by headlight which is bright and adjustable. Rear light also comes on and is bright for night time use and when braking. The scooter sits low to the ground and so does the seat so if your looking for something with a little more height or want to stand this isn't the scooter for you. That said seat is comfortable. Nice basket in the back also. There is light assembly required but comes with all the tools you need. I would recommend investing in some WD40 for maintenance and occasionally checking things like the air pressure in the tires and making sure all your nuts and bolts are tight. Ignition key is a little tricky to figure out and if you attach this to your keys make sure to get a quick release as you have to leave the key in to use the scooter and it's located at the bottom of the platform. You can set it to lock position so don't worry about it coming out - it won't. Overall for the price it's a great purchase. Read more
