I got this on sale and it's such a great price. Very easy assembly. Sturdy and well made, it's heavier than expected. We've taken around the neighborhood It's great for getting the mail at the box. Unlike gas scooters this electric one is silent so you can go out early in the morning late at night (it has lights) and not disturb your neighbors. Turned this on straight out of the box and it had nearly a full charge. Plugged it up to make sure it was fully charged for my daughter to ride Christmas morning, took it off the charger, honked the horn one time, and the battery life was COMPLETELY gone, not even enough for the display to light up. First things first, take the delivery fee into account. Secondly, Make sure you order the battery and motor that you need, there are several options that look the same. However, with that being said, I've gotten a staggering amount of value out of this scooter. I dealt first hand with customer service, and they left nothing for me to complain about. Despite the language barrier they exceeded anything I could ask of them. My model had a max speed of about 25 mph, but struggled on hills. the battery life was well enough for me to take 3 or 4 hours worth of deliveries in a downtown area. It really is plug and play. All you need to do is charge the battery and you're good to go. I wouldn't leave it plugged in for extended periods while it's charged though. I think that may lead to shortened overall life. I love this scooter sooooo much! It has been a joy to ride and I get compliments on it every single time I take it out. If you keep it fully charged every day, it has surprising pick-up & speed. This scooter came packaged very nicely with minimal assembly, all I had to do was attach the handle bars and we were ready to go! This scooter has 3 speeds low medium and high. Low goes about 5 mph and high at 20 mph. This scooter has a head and tail light that you turn on with one press of the light button and press it twice you turn on some pretty cool side lights. The breaks on this scooter are very responsive. I recommend you drive it slowly at first so you can get used to the breaking. This scooter also come equipped with a bell which is not only useful, but kinda fun too. This is a very nice scooter for cruising around the neighborhood, amd can get you about 20 miles before having to recharge, but if you plan to use it for commuting and are riding it on high at 20 mph, you will only get about 13 miles before needing to recharge. I wish the charge would last longer on high, because i like riding fast. The handle and arm folds down, making it easy to pick up and carry with you, but is a little heavy. So if you don't have too far to carry it, you will be fine. There is a port near the bottom of the arm where you plug the charger in which has a rubber cap to keep water out. Although I’m a fan of the product, I’m honestly really upset right now. I cannot retain air in my back tire because the valve keeps getting jammed into the tire. Every single time I try to fill it, I have to use pliers to pull the valve back out. This is ridiculous on a brand-new product. Insurance already told me I’m within the return window — but I didn’t want to go through the hassle of returning the whole thing. I just need the part replaced. But when I went to your website, it’s asking me to pay an absurd price — as if I didn’t just spend nearly $200 on shipping alone. I just need a replacement tire honestly. I paid good money for this, and I shouldn’t be jumping through hoops to fix a manufacturing issue. Read more
