Great quality at a good price! Durable, scratch resistant (though I still recommend only using plastic utensils on the pan's cooking surface) and the thick metal cooks very evenly. If you add a little cooking oil or butter, food just doesn't stick to the surface and cleanup is quick and easy! The clear tempered glass lid is also of high quality and fits the pan perfectly. I've had it a month and a half, have used it nearly every day, and am very pleased. Nothing sticks in it... very little oil if any is needed, it heats up fast, and cleans up effortlessly. It still looks brand new after all my use, both inside and out. I only use wood or soft utensils, and a soft cloth for cleaning. It has literally wiped clean as a breeze no matter what I've cooked in it so far. It's very easy to use and so far a great value. I also like the size and depth. It's durable so I think I'll have it a long time. The pan, lid, and the handles are all solid. The finish on the handles, both the pan and lid, are smooth and neither has any staining whatsoever. Nice pan but if you have a glass top stove be VERY careful!! I scratched my stove burner when I used it! The bottom of pan has a metal plate and sadly it scratched glass cook tops! I ended up throwing away after using a few times. I loved the inside coating of this pan but wasn’t worth scratching my stove top. Read more

I am completely satisfied with the 8" skillet. I first made an omelette to try it out. I melted about a 1/4 tsp of butter in the pan before adding the egg. It cooked evenly and literally slid right out of the pan. Definitely nonstick. Cleanup was a breeze. The 4th pic is of the dirty pan, and you can hardly tell it was used. Soap and water cleaned it right up. I hope to get years of use out of this gem. I recommend it. Read more
