I’ve used multiple times and can’t tell if it’s effective when it’s not sprayed directly on carpet beetle larvae. I found one in my bathroom and killed it, then sprayed, but a couple days later found another one, so I sprayed again. I actually like the smell And it goes away after a bit. Almost 6months now I've been battling what I'm assuming is a carpet bettle infestation (I have seen beetles) but as they say they don't bite and or live on you so there lies my problem! Something has been biting me and seems to be living on me leaving open sores bottom half of my legs mainly but also feel them in my hair! What ever it is it's microscopic and it's also on both my cats! Went to doc she said it didn't look like scabies, (that's all she said ugh)! The biting just started 2-3 wks ago, before that I had started noticing out clothes had a weird looking lint all over them esp the seams, plus things were getting small holes and material was becoming thin on a lot of pcs of clothing. My husband has not been getting bit. All of this has been extremely taxing to say the least. I have tried soooooo many different products and I can honestly say this has done the most by a long shot. Confession out of pure desperation I've but this on my skin and it melts the crap right off NO WHERE DOES THE PRODUCT SAY TO DO THIS, NOR AM I SUGGESTING Im just at my wits end I have vacuumed every damn day for months I've bought umteen steam cleaners which I also use daily I've washed everything we own fabric wise (also hot water, high heat does not kill wtf ever this is,) so I end up having to also steam my clothes before dressing, so I don't set off a chain of symptoms I'm evidently highly allergic to this mess. I've tried every laundry additve I can find nothing has worked. This product and hydroclours acid are the only 2 things I've found that can touch it! I've got a vet appt. Schedule for my poor 2 cats fingers crossed I pray vet knows what the hell this. I also again out of desperation put this in a small amount on both my cats (I haven't been extremely itchy but they have been awful) neither cat had any kind of reaction other then relief! So I completely recommend this product (I'm getting ready 2 place my 10th order each order I've gotten at least 2 bottles . I've read some reviews that kleen-free enzyme cleaner has helped for a handful of ppl. I've ordered that but haven't received it yet If I could get the laundry bug free maybe then I can have a lil light at the end of the tunnel. Just wanted to list the few things that have worked for me I've spent a stupid amount of money on trail and error, I hope this finds the person or persons out there that need this info and it helps someone!!! the spray nozzle that came with it does not spray. I turned it to the spray setting, it made a spraying sound and then the handle stopped moving and it won’t spray at all. It also leaked all inside the package. Read more

This product used as directed ridded me of an invasion of carpet beetles this summer. Sprayed carpets, especially baseboards and window sills. Amazingly killed these hard to kill pests instantly if you spray directly. I like that it isn't human harmful ingredients and didn't stain anything .
