This is a great and simple steam cleaner that is having multiple accessories for multiple purpose. After I started cleaning with the steam cleaner, i noticed my apartment was dirty. However the dirt is not able to be cleaned without steam pressure. Especially between tiles, corners of the rugs, and some wardrobe corners. It has a big water capacity and it is really hard to completely finish the water inside of the tank. I probably added 1.5 L of water and used it 1.5 hour without stopping and the water was still there. It had no issues during that time and is pretty easy to use. I especially liked metal wired accessories that you can brush with steam pressure without bend it for tough surfaces. Also I loved the accessory for rugs, which made my rugs more clean and sharp. One of the down side of the cleaner is the child lock, which makes hard to operate it however it is for safety. I think this is a price/performance item. Read more

I bought this for the floor and carpet. I like its hardware flooring - haven't tried carpet yet. Quick steam cleaning, dries quickly. I also use it to paint my baseboards and kitchen cabinets. Do not use painted cabinets if the paint comes off - the paint will come off (high flow areas). I really like it because it's great for cleaning up places where food or liquids drip-our kitchen is a bit messy and requires a lot of food preparation. I also like to paint it on plantation blinds. It's a form of exercise. It took me about an hour and a half, 2,000 steps back and forth. I'm a lefty, too. If you're right-handed, you can use it with one hand - squeeze and press the button on the left at the same time. If you want to do it with your left hand, you need both hands. I used filtered water (I have hard water) and filled it with 1.5 liters. The same goes for my kitchen and dining room (about 400 square feet). It rolls well on the floor and the rope is long. On the whole, I am satisfied. I haven't tried the window or the carpet. Next weekend. I love how easy it is to change accessories (floor cleaner and small brush). It's very hot, so be careful. We bought this to wash the car, but it can be used anywhere in the house. I have tried cleaning the kitchen, the bathtub, the floor, the faucet, the toilet, the upholstery, and all the stains are easy to remove. The tools provided are convenient, easy to use, and they almost work (brush tools are a bit weak, but I might scrub too harshly). One thing that makes me nervous is that the more I use it, the hotter it gets. It would be a good idea to have a short break while using it. Read more

This device solves my biggest complaint: My other steam cleaners are handheld and hold very little water (less than a cup). They work for a maximum of 10 minutes (after a 5-10 minute warm-up). Using these is so inconvenient that it only causes the worst problems. I went out of my way to buy the handheld ones because I read that the big handheld ones are less hot/less pressurized and take longer to heat up... In addition, they are much more expensive and much bulkier. As it turned out, the opposite was true - the large model was more convenient, and the wheeled unit had a long cable and a long hose.
