I recently purchased a travel suitcase designed for carrying clothes and essential items, and I am thoroughly impressed by its performance. First, its durability stands out. I bought the 20 inch because in the description it was measured a bit bigger than other suitcases I was looking at. I typically fly southwest and they allow for bigger carry ons, but the description blatantly lied and it’s smaller in real life. I measured about 2 inches less than described on both length and height. I’m honestly pretty upset because it was delivered late and now I have no other option than to use it for my trip, and now I have to pack lighter than planned. Some reviews say they don’t mind that it’s a hard plastic instead of metal, but it feels extremely cheaply made and I don’t trust that it won’t get banged up at the airport or even in the overhead.
