I bought this suitcase as an alternate to a D2C brand that’s doing a lot of advertising right now. The D2C brand features latch locks instead of zippers and integrated cup holder. Let me tell you why this bag is a thousand times better: you want zippers instead of latch locks. Do you know how frustrating it is to need to get something out of your bag or throw something in at the last minute and you have to go through the entire latch lock security codes, lay the bag down, unlock it put something in, the latches work 50% of the time? Next, you can pack this bag from the top. The other bag only splits in the middle. So if you’re a grown adult, that means you can fit a shirt on either side of the other bag. The top packing means you do not need to have a flat place on the floor to open the entire suitcase like a butterfly to access it. Ugh, I cringe thinking about laying the bag on the dirty floor because there’s no surface wide enough to open the bag up elsewhere. This bag also expands, so when you’re traveling home and you have a bag of laundry, you don’t have to fold dirty laundry up into tiny flat squares to make it fit back into your middle split bag. I love that this bag is sectioned off internally with zipper open dividers that have pockets, yes more organization spots! I can fit clothes, shoes, laptop, laptop equipment and an oddly shaped cosmetic case in this bag. In the other bag, because it splits in the middle, anything over 4 inches deep had to go into my laptop bag - shoes, cosmetic case, cold weather wrap. This bag was about $75 less also. There’s no integrated cup holder but to be honest, I never used the integrated cup holder once with the other bag. So, the real benefit here is it’s a top pack and split pack capable bag. You do not want a bag that opens in the middle. Read more

It worked really well for me. I needed a suitcase that could fit my toiletries and having the top opening let me fit my toiletries bag plus other clothes and shoes. My laptop also fit well after closing the suitcase. Read more

This rolling carry-on is built quite well and is very practical for mini getaways or short business trips. This is great for travelers who still need to be connected to the office virtually. What I really appreciated was the front laptop compartment; it was super easy to access my laptop in the airport lounge and eliminated the need to carry a backpack for my work laptop. I also liked the many zipper compartments for charges, cables, pens, notebooks, etc. The hard shell feels like it will survive the roughness that air handlers use if the carry-on ever had to be checked w/o the laptop in it. I really liked the extra security of the laptop compartment zippers, as they both had steel cables that worked with normal zippers, so that all zippers would have the TSA-approved lock, not just the main compartment, like most luggage out there. The handle was very sturdy and didn't wobble as much as other brands I have used. The 360 wheels worked great inside the airport and outside on the city sidewalks. The only fault that I can find with this is that with nothing in the carry-on, it meets airline regulations, but with items inside, depending on what is packed, I can see certain airlines possibly stopping you if the bag has been overstuffed. It should also be noted that if using the laptop compartment for electronics, it will take away space inside the carry-on. Read more

Lovely piece of luggage. This suitcase rolls beautifully, swivels and spins if needed. There is a TSA lock where you can lock both zippers as one zipper has longer cable ties to allow it to be locked along with the other one. The top access area is great for easy access to laptops or papers. The hard shell is protective and scratch resistant. The beige color is classy and timeless. Though I added some flair to mine so I can distinguish which one is mine on the carousel. It is amazing how much I can fit in this carry on 22-inch suitcase, and the weight is still not bad. My favorite this is the included USB connector and that I can expand it because I always seem to come home with more than I took...who doesn't? Read more

I bought this carry-on for the top-opening layout and the front laptop compartment, and both have been genuinely practical for me. The vertical front access makes it easier to pull out my laptop without opening the main compartment, and it fits my device without forcing it. The expandable section helps when I need a little extra space and makes packing more manageable. The spinner wheels roll smoothly and stay fairly quiet, and the three-level handle adjustment makes it comfortable to pull at my height. The USB port is handy for topping off my phone, but it only works if I pack my own power bank and cable inside. After using it, I’d say the build and features are there, but at $139.15 it still feels higher than similar carry-ons on the market. Read more
