I purchased this sweater from cashmere boutique. It was a Christmas gift for my sister. She didn’t like the color I do I tried it on and the wall was so itchy. I don’t even believe that it’s cashmere. It was very difficult for me to figure out how to return it, unfortunately and I did not get a response from Cashmere boutique on the day that I asked to return it. No I sincerely doubt that I’ll get a refund and I am so angry. Don’t buy their product. It’s terrible and it’s a real pain in the neck to return them. Read more

I gave this seller, Cashmere Boutique 3 stars because their customer service is well above average and so if you should want to return a sweater you will find they are helpful and honest. The two cashmere women's roll necks that I purchased was a good size and fit but I did find much better quality cashmere sweaters at the same price from a different vendor and so returned them. This sweater was a Christmas gift from my husband. It is fairly form fitting and very warm. I thought it would be softer than it is. If I wear it when the weather is above freezing, it makes my neck itch, thus the 4-star rating. Read more
