Extremely unsatisfied. This product does not look anything like the picture. The color was off, the style was off and material was not soft and was subpar. Top that off with them only planning to provide half a refund and an unpaid label to send the item(s) back. Forget that!! I'll just keep the crap and give it to Goodwill.
