I bought this as a gift. I wanted simple and long lasting as the deciding factor. I looked at what I will call the "click a weight" barbell options but was turned off by the number of people that said the "click" part quit working.... translated.... they no longer work unless you are happy with the single wieght remaining. I chose simple. Yes, a little bit of effort to change weights but no big deal. My Son was happy. He was also impressed with the quality and the fact a barbell configuration is also possible. After the huge increase in price due to COVID, I bought this set because the price was good. The weights themselves are fine. There was a small amount of rust on the insides of the weights but nothing crazy. The storage box was all jacked up. It looks like it had a hard trip in delivery despite the Fragile indication on the box. The weights had shifted all over the place. Read more

This is a solid set. Very sturdy. I have limited space in my garage so it works well. The plates are solid(no filler). I wish it had more of the 10 lb weights instead of so many 2.5 & 1.25lbs. It's a bit tedious to move weights from the long bar to the dumbbells. I'm buying more plates to supplement from other sellers. But I recommend this as a starter set for people with limited space... I needed to add heavier weights to my workout routine and this is exactly what I wanted. The stand is sturdy and takes up very little floor room, which was important to me since I don't have a lot of space. The dumbbells are nice and should last a long time. Read more

This set of iron weight was a replacement for a set that were with plastic cover and just overall have a sticky and smelly out. These weights came with an organizing box and although the box was heavy, but it was very mobile and easily carried with the handle. The weights can be easily assembled into dumbbell type but I also used it as additional weights with my weight bar that is about 12 lbs. it was compatible with the one inch weight bar and comes on and off easily with the clipper. The quality of these weights are same as the set I have from Costco and brand name one. The handle in the middle with the passing once convert to dumbbell was smooth and comfortable and didn’t cause any blisters. When I received my delivery the tab that closes the case was broken off. The missing part wasn’t even in the box so this must of broken off prior to shipping and manufacturer sent it anyhow. Each weight was dirty and scuffed up as seen in the photo. The screw on lock that hold the weights in place were all machined off center and not straight. At the end of the day they are just weights so I guess ill just live with it. Read more
