Not like traditional cast iron products
Thinner than most cast iron skillets. The small ones are not very deep. I fried bacon first and it stuck, then I fried chicken. The chicken fried good. Wish it was deeper and thicker. Very light, I guest because its not thick. Hard to clean unless you use a scrubber. Size is ok. Not deep. Ok forthe price. Read more
