Purchased this in April 2025. Worked great, cats and dog loved it. Pump stopped working after 9 months. I remembered there’s a QR code on the fountain, and it says the pump has a 2 year guarantee. I followed instructions on disassembly of the pump, cleaned it, put it back together and it works perfectly again. Read more
The fountain is very nice being stainless steel it matched my kitchen. It is sturdy and the fountain part is perfect for a cat to get and play in the water. It is very quiet, the only problem I had was my cat didn't like it. My cat hissed and growled and swatted at it. I gave it 4 stars because of the design and quality of the fountain. My cats were scared of the fountain at first i guess they just weren’t used to having running water but after a couple of days they started to drink out of it, mostly bc i made sure they couldn’t get water anywhere else(them mfs weren’t wasting my money) if your cats have this issue aswell id recommend turning the fountain off first and letting them drink out of it and go from there. Other than thats easy to set up and holds a good amount of water. No splashing and isn’t loud. Read more

Heavy stainless steel which is easy to wash. Very quiet. Occasionally if the water level is low it will make a few slurping sounds to let me know to refill the water. There's a small reservoir at the top from the dog/cat to drink from and water constantly circulates through a metal downspout type straw. The dogs accepted the new watering bowl within hours of the new introduction. Changing the filters are a breeze (one small sponge and a charcoal type filter). Only took a few minutes to put pieces together. The filter has some soaking directions prior to use, so even though assembly is easy - good to read directions that come with it for filter change suggestions, etc. I thought this was battery operated but it's not.
