This stainless steel continuous flow water bowl has been a wonderful addition for our cats. They absolutely love the constantly flowing water and seem to drink from it much more often than their regular bowls. The gentle flow keeps the water fresh and encourages them to stay hydrated. It’s also very well-made. The stainless steel feels durable and high quality, and it was easy to set up and keep clean. I've used this fountain for months and there's no leakage. It's easy to clean. Parts of it will clean up in the dishwasher. It dries quickly and buying filters for it is no problem. It's easy to change out the filter. The noise is quieter than a whisper and it holds as much or more water than a Big Gulp drink. The evaporation is pretty slow and the blue light shows the water level so you'll know when to add in more water. Just don't stumble over it or it will splash and make a mess. This works phenomenally. I took in a pregnant stray and had eight cats running around for a while. I have to refill it every day still, but I was refilling and washing the water bowl three times a day at least. This one is good with a rinse every couple of days and a real wash once a week with five cats (oops, I kept so many kittens) using it all the time. It has also cut down on how often I step in or kick the water bowl, meaning the water lasts longer and I mop way less. It's super quiet until it's getting very low, and then it's just a quiet hum that alerts me to fill it back up. My only complaint is that the wall block they sent did not work at all, but it was a simple USB-C cable, so it was easy enough to find one that worked. Read more

I’ve had this fountain for 3 months and I am so glad that I purchased it. It’s really nice quality, easy to clean, and my kitties love it. It has really helped my one cat who has kidney issues and doesn’t drink enough water, which makes her condition worse. Love this for my cats and my cats love drinking from it! The steel makes it great for decreasing the amount of bacteria attaching to it. But you must still clean it weekly! I wish all parts were steel though. Some parts that hold the filtration items are plastic and still get slimy if not cleaned. But this is great. Its quiet, and when I hear the motor its a reminder that its getting low on water. It does make me nervous sometimes that the wire is in the water. And also, if the power goes out, there's no way they can get to the water reservoir. Otherwise, im happy with the purchase. Read more

I bought one of this last year. My cats love it. Very low sound. A few weeks ago the motor on the filter pump just stopped working. The light would come on but the pump would not pull. We ended up opting to get a new one instead of just replacing the motor. Now I'm not sure if that was a good idea. The box had been opened and it looked like it was a returned item. I wasn't happy about paying for new and getting a returned item. And then now the motor in this one has begun to make a droning noise that I can hear in the other room. I maybe should have gone with another brand. If the cats don't use it, I'll have to go with another brand. Read more
