This is an interesting product, but it does take a little getting used to. The application process feels more like a treatment than a typical daily product, and I have to be careful not to swallow it during use. Once applied, it’s straightforward, but the technique matters to get even coverage. It’s not something I can use as casually as regular toothpaste or rinse. The biggest problem I have with trying to review this product is that I have no idea if it's working or not. There's no way to know, of course. I mean, it claims to strengthen enamel, and I have no reason to think it doesn't do that. However, it also claims to 'heal cavities' (see product photos and the label) and there is plenty of reason not to believe that...namely, logic. A cavity can't be healed or undone. That's like saying a product can undig a hole. It's obviously not possible, so that's not a credible claim. And if that claim isn't true, how can I trust any others made by this brand? (And speaking of brands, I have another bottle of this apparently exact same product--same ingredients, same marketing copy and photos, same packaging--that is sold under a different brand name. So who really makes it, and is there anybody to stand behind these product claims??) The instructions for this stuff direct you to "apply an appropriate amount...directly to the teeth". But what, exactly, IS an appropriate amount?? And how am I supposed to apply it? This stuff comes with a dropper, but that's not very convenient for application. I have been putting a drop or two on my toothbrush, then lightly brushing with it before waiting the suggested ten minutes. It would have been pretty simple for the manufacturer to include a brush or a spray top or some other method for applying this product, but as it is, it's a rather awkward undertaking. There are some positives here, though, including the flavor. This product has a light and pleasant ever-so-slightly minty flavor that doesn't irritate my sensitive gums or tongue at all. And if it works (which is a big IF), it's very affordable. Overall, I think this stuff is just okay. I'll continue to use it and hope for the best, but I'm not sure I'd recommend it. Maybe time will tell a different story, and if my perception or opinion changes, I will update this review. For now, it's a big fat 'mehhh'. Three stars. Read more

Been using this product for a while and I've been noticing a slightly improvement I had in a fracture. I would say is probably about a 15% improvement, nothing super crazy but definitely something, so I must say it is definitely effective. It is not that easy to use tho, since you need to keep it in your mouth for a couple minutes and you definitely will start salivating after a while. The taste is very neutral. I think this might be good value for the money if you decide to keep applying it everyday and it will definitely help with issues like sensitivity or cracks. I do recommend it. Read more
