Unboxed item and followed the directions of putting it together. The scooter wouldn't accelerate. I've requested a exchange and the company canceled it. So now I'm in the process of a refund with no luck. This company isn't quick with responding to messages either. Thus far the worst experience I've ever experienced with Amazon. Faulty scooter and zero customer support from seller
I deeply regret buying this product through Amazon. The seller shamelessly sent me a completely faulty scooter that doesn't charge at all—right out of the box! When I tried to return it, the seller provided a return label, but UPS is demanding an additional $52 to ship it back. To make things worse, the seller's contact number is unreachable, and there’s zero customer support. This entire experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. I strongly warn others—do not trust this seller or buy anything from this company. It’s a complete scam, and they clearly have no integrity. Read more
