This skateboard is super sturdy. We bought it for a teen who is over 6'2 tall and weighs 220lbs, and it works great for him (size wise). It takes a good beating at the skatepark as well, and is still in great condition. Overall we love this skateboard and it was a great starter board, considering other boards tend to be a lot smaller (and incompatible with the teens size) or the right size but 3x the price. I am 28 and bought this board to get back into skating after a 10 year gap. I was never very good before but was proficient enough to ride parks and do some very basic tricks. Very happy riding the board right out of the box. I would have loosened my trucks just a bit but my package was missing the skate tool #1(-). There is also a very large bubble under the grip tape on the nose #2(-). I ordered the Natural Wood but instead received a green-stained blank #3(-). Negative factors aside, the board is a great value and I was able to Ollie FIRST TRY after not skating for many years. I hope the seller will do right and mail me a skate tool with some swag. 4 stars for not receiving all the items as advertised (no CCS stickers, Daddies sticker instead, no skate tool, bubbled grip wrong color deck) Just received a second package from Daddies with the missing items and the correct color deck. The skateboard was really nice and felt sturdy. The person who it was for fell in love with it. The only downside was no tools available and the only option was to return the board when we inquired about it through customer service in the Phillipines. They refused to transfer me to a call center in the USA. So because there is no way to reach the seller on Amazon it just made the whole purchasing experience not as pleasant. However the board runs smoothly and pretty good for beginners. Read more

This board is a great value; quality deck, wheels & trucks. There are better wheels and trucks available on Amazon or a skate shop, if you want to pay a “buttload” of money, but the hardware on this board is more than sufficient for skating around, couple kicks here and there. I priced a similar setup at a local skate shop and the cost would have been about $20-$30 more, plus this one came with a skate tool. The deck is plain, no graphics but who cares, that’s what stickers are for. I had a slight issue with the deck, not with quality or damage, contacted the seller & they replied next day, they went above and beyond the usual customer service and rectified the situation within 2 days. I haven't received my board yet but I bought this with confidence. I haven't been on a board much in the last decade but I rode a alot of ccs boards back then. If you're a kid just getting started or an adult looking to get back into it you can't go wrong. There is very little difference in these boards compared to expensive name brands. This is an excellent way to start out if you haven't developed very specific preferences yet. In time you likely will find that different brands, shapes and sizes feel better to you. Skateboarding is a journey and this is the best low investment entry on amazon. Now if only Darkstar would bring back the Armorlite decks. Read more
