I use these for my home studio and I have to say I love these things. The quality is spot on, the sound quality is amazing. They're not clipping or they don't cause spikes in tone, they don't sound tinny. I like the fact that they come with additional ear foams for larger or smaller ear sockets. They connect very well, they're nice and snug. They're durable. But they do tend to tangle pretty easy. That's easily dismissed. Well worth the money. I was today years old when i realized these also had a microphone. Read more

I've always preferred wired earbuds to use with my pc/laptops, whether gaming or working, listening to music, watching videos. Everything. I've typically only used the freebies that come with Samsung phones, I also had a semi decent pair of skull candy ear buds for a few years. Wanting to treat myself to a new pair, I went with these because of the raving reviews for the price. I'm a "bang-for-the-buck" kinda guy and these do not disappoint. A little tricky to figure out the cables & routing, but in maybe just a few minutes you'll have it squared away. I did also pick up (on a whim) one of those little amplifier chingas that plugs inline with the earbuds for about the same price as the earbuds... And holy cow!!! Even as a long time wired-earbud user this is one impressive little combo. The earbuds fit so well, like premium fitment on a budget, and the sound is incredible, full spectrum, and only starts to muddy up a little bit if you REALLY crank on both the input volume AND the amp volume. I can see how a cable upgrade may be a good idea, the provided cables aren't the best, but they work, for now. Overall a great purchase. Kinda bummed they didn't come with any little pouch or case, but not worth docking a star over, either. I have others. Read more

I purchased the Melody In-Ear Monitors Earphones for use with my Roland AV-Streaming mixer VR-1HD, primarily to monitor volume and sound quality during streaming sessions. After using them for a while, I'm ready to share my thoughts. Firstly, the comfort level of these earphones is wonderful. I can spend 5 hours with them on no discomfort. In the past, I had a pair that I could only use for an hour. But these yinyoo do come with multiple-sized buds, catering to different ear sizes. I stuck with the original buds that were already fitted because they felt just right in my ears snug without being intrusive or uncomfortable, even during extended use. As with any earphone, if its too loud you wont hear what going on in the background. The audio quality is where these earphones really shine. For their price point, I was surprised by the clarity and balance they offer. Whether it's the lows, mids, or highs, the sound reproduction is crisp and detailed, making them perfect for monitoring audio during live streams or recordings. Again , i mostley used them to monitor my voice on the mixer. But there is a downside for me. The cable length on these earphones is on the shorter side. I have to route the cable behind my ear and then over my shoulders to reach my mixer comfortably. A longer cable would have offered more flexibility and ease of movement, especially in a setup where you might be a bit further away from your audio source. Despite the cable length issue, these earphones are a solid choice, especially considering their affordability. They deliver excellent sound quality and are comfortable to wear, which are my top priorities for in-ear monitors imo. If you can work around the shorter cable or if your setup allows for closer proximity to your audio device, these earphones are definitely worth considering. Read more

It is two in the morning, and I find myself writing a review for these headphones. These might not be someone else’s cup of tea, but they made this juice and I am addicted. This is my initial review since, i just got them yesterday. I have read that the material of the wire is not the best. That it does not have bass or the highs are too bright. I took them out of the box and immediately I fell in love when I plugged them in. The music just came alive. I am hearing things I did not before. The bass balance through me right back into what some pretty good full range floorstanding Greg Timbers created JBL studio 590’s speakers sound like. If you are thinking of pulling the trigger on these headphone. Do it!! I am not a musician, but I love music. I have not stopped listening. The sound is just something else. The dual driver really does make a difference. If this is musicians little secret then, now I know what the masses felt like when Algebra was introduced to them. It sounds like I’m hyping them up, but you got to give props where it is due. The highs are not fatiguing. I have used headphones where I needed to rest my head. Bass was lacking or at some point would distort, not the case here. Here is what I am using to make these headphones sound great: I have an IPhone 6s and with good reason. The audio port for this model was made better than some D A C currently out. It is Audiophile quality. Yeah, who knew? This info based on Ken Rockwell site. Yes I know some will say it is not reel to reel or vinyl. Like i said might not be your cup of tea. Still what you have might be better. What I have not encountered with these is the pressure that is created in your ear. The kind that makes the driver in the headphone pop and crackle. The noise cancelling is passive and not active, but it works. It is significantly reduced. The distortion is not present, unless it is on purpose. I have tried to turn it up to see the point that I do, but I turn it down cause I do want to hear for the next few years. The bass is punchy, and at times sounds bass heavy. Of course this is dependent on the source material. I have tried it on material that gives presence in the imaging. Like 3D music is great. Imaging is just something else. OK, I know some one is going to ask this, maybe to themselves but it will be asked. What about movies? I tried gravity. The entire scenes before they get hit by space debris is something else. It is where you can really appreciate the imaging. Hearing Sandra Bullock speak through her mic in the space suit.OMG. You can hear just so much detail. Even doing some critical listening you hear things you normally don’t. Like store bought bread and bread made in a bread machine. Like that. This is a gem, for those who like music or movies. Based on the sound you are expecting the gut punch. Instead your skull is being blown by every track sampled. For the price you wont be disappointed. UPDATE: these headphone are playing strong as the first day out of the box. For those who do research on what they buy. Do yourself a favor read the review of Docholliday review. This reviewer has gone the extra mile to the detail of what you hear into some words, frankly that’s hard to do. Just know if you have not bought these yet you are for sure missing out. These IEM’s are a great buy for the price. Fall in love again with your music. Read more
