Ever since I bought my iPhone in Jan 2024, the first thing I purchased to protect it was CellEver's Strong Magnetic case after carefully analyzing many case options. 2 weeks ago, the kickstand's base broke (see images below). I was not expecting this to happen, but must admit that I made good use of it. Sad to realize that the kickstand did not break, but it was rather the glue that held it to the silicone case. So I decided to buy a new case (the same model) which arrived within Amazon's expected delivery time announced. Unfortunately, after placing the iphone in the new case, I noticed that the kickstand does NOT fit flush as the initial case did (see images below). I can live with this issue, but must say that this could be the result of a lack of quality control. Since I live abroad (in Colombia), I don't plan to go through the return process as it can be a bit complicated logistically. I just hope this message is sent to the manufacturer and receive some explanation or compensation in return. Read more

I accidentally left my phone with my Tesla key in the phone case on top of my car.. while driving it fell off and the car said key not detected. Ran back and found it! Bunch of tire marks lol and no scratch on the phone. Amazing product! I just washed the case after and used it still! I rarely write reviews but this is a must! 1 star because the magnet is not as strong as advertised. Though there is a magnet inside, it’s not strong enough to hold the phone and case up against a metal surface as advertised in the video. Magsafe stuff works, but the video is complete BS. (Iphone 15 pro case in black) Other than the weak magnet the case is pretty nice. Read more

I loved this case till all of a sudden my phone will not charge with it any longer. Top it off the support website link that is recommended to visit doesn’t even work. It displays a 404 error webpage. Was going to ask for a replacement to give it another shot but if you cant even provide a valid link for support then I’d rather buy a different brand case. Too bad because I really liked it. UPDATE- After I requested a return, I decided to just keep it and take iff the case to charge cause I really like the case, the company did reach out to me and provided a refund. They also did ask if I would like a replacement but I have yet to receive the replacement and its been about 3 weeks now. Changed to 2 stars from 1. 4/24- increased to 3 stars for customer service, I was provided a refund and was sent a replacement case. 90% of the time it charges, there has been a few instances where I find out it didn’t charge at all, so then I just started taking off the case to charge at night. The ring is a little uncomfortable to hold it is a little sharp like the other reviews say. If you dont mind these small details the case is protective, has a nice feel & stand is sturdy. Read more
