If people only knew what was in table salt, they would never use it again. The taste of Celtic salt is amazing, quality is far superior to other sea salts, all the minerals your body needs, flavors food with very little amount and when you put one or two grains on your tongue, your body will absorb water better!! We use this salt when cooking all our food. It’s especially good on steaks! It has a great taste and texture. It grinds well too. Just remember, it’s not a dry salt so it does have some moisture. It still grinds pretty good though. Read more

GREAT SALT! I made a mistake and didn't purchase the fine salt so I had to grind it. Other than that, this is the best salt for electrolytes, digestions, cooking, etc. Very high prices but great! It was easy to grind. It's great for cooking. If you buy the fine salt, the texture is great! Read more
I love this Celtic Sea Salt with all its minerals that are good for my body. It makes everything taste so much better. When I need "finer" salt, I just grind it down. Works just fine. Yes, it has a bit of moisture to it but that's how these salts are. I think I read a few complaints about that from other buyers. But you must understand what you are buying and not compare it to regular supermarket table salt like Mor---- . After a workout or long walk I take a couple granules under my tongue with water. Also a great way to start my day. I get plenty of minerals that my body needs after hours of fasting. Read more
