I live in SW Florida and am at the pool or beach most days. A good bathing suit is essential. While I usually choose bikinis, there is also always a place for well-made one-piece suits. As a former bathing suit model (I am about to turn the same year as the famous Beatles song and I am not losing my hair and it's not gray yet ... I still get Valentines too) I know my products. I think many of the suits that are made overseas use patterns which are traditional, and instead of focusing on some of the ways suits for older women are cut, these traditional patterns make a good suit, and that is exactly what is going on here. Fit is excellent and true to size. If you are a size 6-8 you will find Medium fits properly. Also, ladies, I'm 34-D so you can see the cups fit exactly. I don't necessarily need tons of tummy control and this suit doesn't have a lot of it (if you're looking for an affordable alternative to the "non-miracle" suits by that brand name). This suit has modest coverage in the back. It also has more than enough coverage in the crotch so, if you're taller than me (I was 5'6" but pretty sure I've shrunk at least an inch) - taller women will find this suit will handle longer waists and you won't have a lot of riding up. I'd say it would be good for those 5'9"+ unless you are very long-waisted. Fabric is smooth, completely lined, and there are no underwires - it's just constructed and sewn for complete coverage: side, cleavage, and top. Formfitting slimming one piece swimsuit. The swimsuit looksas pictured and seems to run true to size. Three places to adjust, each shoulder strap and then additional across the back which is nice if you are more/less busy. The V cutout gives a nice peak of cleavage without losing any support. Overall the quality seems great and color is true to the pictures. Unsure if this is just because it came out of the packaging or the design but there is a tiny bit of texture on the body of the swimsuit, not anything that is not cute, but just worth noting. Features removable pads with the hole in the bottom and center part of each cup. The pads are aittle thin, but as they are removable, you could put whatever your favorite cups are in there. Really great and flattering one piece ! The color is vibrant and true to the picture, a very nice bright teal. The material is thick enough to feel Luxe and not be see through, but light enough to be comfortable in the heat. I liked the thick and sturdy straps, did not have to worry about slipping straps or wardrobe malfunction. I loved the bust support and coverage on this. It was great for layering with shorts or a skirt for lunch or sight seeing while on vacation and then heading to the beach after. I ordered my usual size and found it fit very comfortably. While it did not have crazy compression, it did flatter the tummy and hip area in a comfortable way. I was able to move around the beach and feel supported like everything was held in place where it was suploaed to. I felt fashionable and modest in this one.
