Originally purchased to use on face (damaged skin barrier). Texture felt too thick to put on my face. Not taking chance would my damaged skin barrier worse. I use after evening shower, arms & legs. Small amount goes along way. Absorbs well, not sticky. Skin drinks it up, lightweight. In morning don't need to put on legs or arms. During the day use on hands because of all the hand washing. I use it as a final moisturizer because it's heavy enough for my skin, good for oily, and normal to light dryness but for dryer skin I would recommend using another thicker final step.
