This pillow is so comfortable! It's not stiff at all, it's super soft yet provides great support. I bought this for my husband because he had neck surgery years ago and his neck is always stiff. Great purchase! Increasing neck pain was keeping me up most nights, and eventually making my daytime computer job unbearably painful. I’d been buying new pillows monthly, with nothing working. This is THE BEST pillow I have ever had. I had a purple pillow (ya, the $250 one) and this is so much better. I am a chronically hot sleeper and it’s crazy how fast this thing will shed heat. It’s very comfortable regardless of my sleeping position. It seems to be holding up well. The foam is really high quality, the height is excellent, and it’s not a flat brick like most memory foam pillows are. It’s what you’ve been missing - I swear. Read more
This Derilo pillow itself is a 4 or 4.5 star. After a day or two to get used to a level head it is very comfortable and does the job. However the pillow case is a 1 or zero star rate. With in a day or two it began to shed or pill 9 inch threads of material from the bottom side. Extremely annoying. The cure was simple to put the pillow inside a regular cotton pillowcase. That makes it warmer and very comfortable. Easy to wash this case and rotate with other cotton cases as needed. I suffer from neck issues which lead to migraine, so I've been looking for a pillow that has a solid supportive ridge and a deeper center dip to keep my neck in alignment. This is the first pillow I've found that has given me the right level of support/perfect functionality. It's also got a higher ridge on the other side that adds extra support when side sleeping. Usually the ridges on other pillows are too low or the dip too high. The shape and softness of this one is perfect for me. There was no smell on unpacking, and so far it has retained it's shape well. For the price, it is fantastic. No migraines so far since starting use. Very happy with this pillow. Read more
