Pillow top is very soft and cooling, which is great as I sleep hot. It provided very good support for my neck and was very comfortable. Height was just right for me and my shoulders. I just bought this pillow and it comes with so much wonderful advice about how to treat the pillow, how long it might take to get used to it, and how to air it out before using. I just received the pillow on Monday, 12/15/2025 and used it for the first time the night of Tuesday 12/16/2025. All I can say is, I've now had two nights of the best sleep I've had in years. Never have I slept so soundly and comfortably that I can recall. The cooling effect even works with a regular pillow case over the pillow. I fell asleep in one position and woke up in the exact same place as I went to sleep, feeling refreshed and pain-free. I'd buy this pillow again in a heartbeat, either for myself or a gift.
