Very comfortable! I slept like a baby my first night with it, and I feel great today! It’s a cheaper version of the cervical support pillow, but it’s just as nice as the that my Mom paid almost $90 for. I’m very happy with it and I’m about to order one for my daughter, too. She put her head on mine & loved it, too! Plus it’s cuter with the heart on it & it comes in pink, so it’s a very good choice! The size is perfect, and it’s made out of memory foam, too. Read more
I have a 5-level cervical disc fusion, so finding g a pillow that supports my neck and is really soft and memory foam is real memory foam. Awesome. I sleep thru the night now...no more fighting with the 12 different pillows I had before and never gave me any relief. GREAT purchase. Keeps cool too!! Read more

I don’t know who approved this as “memory foam,” but the memory must be missing. The foam layer is so thin it’s practically imaginary. The second your head touches it, it compresses into nothing and stays there. I might as well have skipped the pillow entirely and slept straight on the mattress. There is no contouring. No structure. No recovery. It does not “remember” anything except how to disappoint. Calling this supportive is wildly misleading. It’s a flat, lifeless pad pretending to be a pillow. Within days, I was waking up with neck pain and shoulder stiffness. Fluffing it does absolutely nothing because there is nothing substantial inside to fluff. It feels cheap, poorly made, and completely overhyped. It’s not even worth the effort of returning. This is going straight in the TRASH.
