I sleep for hours with this pillow without needing to flip over. It's really comfortable and appropriately form. It doesn't compress with pressure, so it holds up well. I just wish it was slightly thicker because the space between my neck and head is deeper than the pillow. This works best for me when I sleep on my back. When I'm on my side, I have to tilt the pillow up into the space between my shoulder and neck. The center dip of the pillow provides great support and alignment. The dips on the side are so very helpful as a side sleeper because it keeps my shoulders in line without having to lean on them or elevate them. It's very comfortable and cool. You even feel the coolness with a pillowcase over it. It comes with a soft pillowcase so you don't really need to have a different pillowcase over it. You can tell from the firmness and great design that the quality is excellent. If this was slightly deeper, it would be the perfect solution. For now, I'm going to be looking for something slim to put under it to elevate it more for my body shape. Read more

I just received this pillow today and I'm already looking forward to sleeping on it tonight. I actually gave it a "test run" on the couch right after opening it up, and it feels incredibly supportive. When you lay your head on it, you can immediately feel the difference in how it cradles your neck and shoulders. The quality is impressive. I was really happy to find no chemical odor at all when I opened the package and let the foam expand. Sometimes memory foam can be pretty stinky at first, but this one was fresh and ready to go. I also really like that the cover has a zipper instead of Velcro. I’ve seen some pillows use Velcro to close the case, which can be scratchy and annoying, so the zipper is a much nicer, high-quality touch. The stitching is well-done, and the fabric feels like it will stay cool. If it feels this good just testing it out on the couch, I’m expecting a great night's sleep! Read more

The thickness is perfect for me and supports my neck but the smell is awful, I have washed the cover and left the foam to air out since I got it almost 2 weeks ago, and it's still really bad to the point I want to throw up. I’ve only been sleeping on this pillow for a few weeks, it’s already a big shift from my old flat one. My neck felt supported without that "pushed up" feeling. I tried both sides to test the heights, the slightly higher side works well when I’m on my side, the lower one feels better when I flip onto my back. The memory foam is firm enough to hold its shape, yet soft on the surface, my head sinks in just enough. The pillowcase is smooth and stays cool. I haven’t woken up with a stiff neck so far, I’m sleeping through without flipping the pillow around. It did need a few hours to air out after unpacking, but that’s normal.
