This is my first time using these and they work great ! They do make you use the restroom alot, but there is a noticeable difference from inflammation at least. Read more
Expected better flavor
These are pretty good as far as taste.. Effectiveness or how well it works will take more than a few doses. The cinnamon apple pie flavor was a huge selling point as I expected these to taste fantastic! They aren't horrible but really didn't live up to my expectations. Very mild flavor. Price was good though so I'm willing to give it a try for 3-6 months and see if it helps with sugar and/or pain relief. Read more

I got these to try and lower cholesterol. I only eat 1 a day which is 1000 mg. I hope they work as I hate to take meds. Flavor and texture are good. Read more
