I've been using the mat for a while now and I am not seeing any cracks, splits or other flaws. I clean it every now and then with a little soap and water. There is a little sliding on the floor but not very much. I just checked under the mat to see if it is damaging the wood floor but I did not see any scuffing or scratches. Read more
Don't have any complaints on this great product. Instructions was inside and they did come in handy. The plastic is nice and thick and do protect the floor. By working from home it do make the chair an easy roll. Once out of the box I did let it hit from temperature before unrolling it. As instructed as it laid flat as a pancake. Read more
It’s really nice! Size is good, no smelling, looks great! But only problem is that I have been using it for a while now, but still the corners are folded, I tried putting dumbbells on them for 2-3 days but still like that. Overall it’s nice! I scratched my floor badly, I had to get it, and I recommend everyone to get it! Not expensive compared to what I saw at the stores Read more

I purchased this for use on a hardwood floor, underneath an adjustable office desk. I alternate between standing and using a 5 legged rolling office chair. The primary need is to protect the flooring, but having stable traction is important as well. I waited about 8 months to write this review so that I would have a decent amount of experience with the product. The mat does a good job of protecting the flooring. Definitely no qualms about saying that, it performs the essential task well. Further, the top surface provides stable footing, I have never had a slip or anything close to it. I would also say that the mat shipped rolled up, but after a few hours in the sun, it flattened fairly good and over the following 2 days it was good and flat. Now for the "cons". I would NOT call this mat heavy duty. It's fairly thin and my chair can cause rolls to appear in the mat, usually at the edges. Also, the mat slowly moves so that it bumps up against a desk leg and then folds up into the air. If this were heavy duty (thicker), it would be more apt to stop migrating when it hits that desk leg, though some might still lift in such a case. Bottom line, not a bad mat, but not thick enough to be called heavy duty, IMO. With time, the rolls and migrating may get annoying enough that I replace with a truly heavy duty mat. For now, I'll live with the issues. Read more
Great product! It works great and only one corner needed slight flattening with a book. The chair rolls very smoothly across it. Glad I chose it! Read more
03/2023 - UPDATE. I managed to get the thing to lay flat because I had to basically tape it to the floor with double sided tape to keep it from moving. Now I'm finding that its discoloring and also it stains, so I have problems getting it cleaned. I would not buy this and instead, spend more money for the better product. Unfortunate. 12/2022 - Was very disappointed with this mat once I was able to unroll it for my new office that I renovated. I was too late to be able to send this back and return it. Get what you pay for. I purchased the rectangular one and it has been down for two weeks now and still has ripples and curling that impedes chair movement. The plastic is soft too, which you would think would aid it in flattening but it is not doing that. It is staying rippled and the plastic grabs the chair wheels making it sluggish to move around on the mat. Read more
