Used for two weeks. It took about a day for the storage folds to completely disappear and lay perfectly flat when I first unrolled it. Since then, it’s been fantastic. Easy to vacuum and still looks brand new. The unique design looks much better than those ugly plastic mats, and the textured bottom locks onto my hardwood floor perfectly—zero slipping or sliding, and thankfully, no marks left behind. My chair wheels glide smoothly and quietly across the surface, which is a huge win for my early morning calls. I have the larger mat too. Color and quality is nice. Non-slip rug works well. Opened it out of the package and there’s a hand sized rust stain on it. I’m not going to take the time to send it back but it’s not like I can wash it and it’s already at work so hopefully this summer after school is done, when I take my rugs home I can get the stain out. The mat itself seems like it would be fine quality-wise, but it arrived folded instead of rolled, and now it has permanent creases running through it. I've tried flattening it under weights, leaving it in the sun, even running a hair dryer over it—the creases are still there. For a product that's supposed to sit flat under your chair and provide a smooth rolling surface, this is a dealbreaker. The creases create uneven spots that make rolling annoying, and it just looks cheap and wrinkled on my floor. If this had been shipped rolled in a tube like most chair mats, it would probably be a solid product. But the folded shipping method ruins it right out of the box. I'd recommend looking for a different mat that's actually shipped properly, or be prepared to live with a wrinkled mess under your desk. But the clear plastic simply exposed the carpet.
