My sister in law recently discovered Chala purses. She told me how much she loved the versatility of this brand. I purchased this iteration of the 'mauve' specifically because it looked like it had lime-ish green as the accent color. In person, it is not that bright unique green, it is darker like other 'mauve' option accents of the same purse in different listings. It's not huge but it's not tiny. I'm often surprised at the depth of the purse and lose things in it. It feels like it's smaller but it has tons of room without being bulky! The strap is wide and comfortable. I love the way it's offset on the purse (strap attached outside front and back instead of at the corners on the inside seam) so it sits flush against the body. At first, I was frustrated as it kept sliding to a longer length but I was like, duh, and finally used the little slide-stopper. You really have to use that or it will adjust itself. First, the bag is so lightweight! The color is spot on, I love the mauve. Yes, it's on the smaller side yet roomy enough for me to take what I need. I switched the coin purse out with the turtle for summer and will use the owl in the fall. Love this bag so much!!! Read more
