Love the fit and function of this product, but beyond that, the bluetooth feature is amazingly easy to setup and use. Wore these all day while working on the farm and listening to music, and the battery was still going strong. Sliding to clear then to tint is super easy, and you can have an eye-to-eye conversation without removing your shades. Pretty sweet. Going through some smart sunglasses, I remember saw this got some CES awards. So I bought this to test it out. The package came clean, the bag a little bigger than expected. In general, really nice sunglasses especially with smart tint, all my friends gave me wows, The style suits best for outdoor activities, like biking even I can imagine for ski. The bluetooth headphones are easy to setup, sound quality is better than I thought, I tried phone call. It works well, ppl need to get really close to hear the speaker. I love trying out new gadgets. I wasn’t sure how I would feel about audio-streaming sunglasses, but I am surprisingly impressed. The setup wasn’t completely intuitive, but the instructions were very clear and easy to follow. Pairing with my phone was very easy, and when I power on the sunglasses, they connect to the phone immediately. I like to listen to audiobooks while taking long walks with my dog, and I have previously used my AirPods for this purpose. I was concerned that the sunglasses’ audio would be tinny and that passers-by would be able to hear it, but neither is the case. The audio quality is surprisingly good. I have tested it with both music and with audiobooks. You control the volume from your phone, and I have found that I can turn it up high enough to hear well when walking on a heavily trafficked street. Because these are not earbuds, I can still hear what’s going on around me. If I turn the volume up all the way, which is unusual for me, people nearby can hear only a very faint version of my audio. I can pause and restart the stream very easily with the push of a button on the side piece. I can trigger Siri and tell her to do something on the phone. If listening to a music playlist, I can skip past a track. This is all great, and the audio streaming is my favorite feature about these sunglasses. A couple of minor issues to consider: The lenses are a bit on the large side, which isn’t the best look for my smallish face. I find it a little tricky to work the switch on the side piece that lightens or darkens the lenses. It seems there are only two settings, so you can’t do a custom tint. The sunglasses have to be powered on for all of these features to be operated, of course, but they automatically revert to the lighter tint when turned off. So if you don’t want to use the audio streaming, and you don’t want to drain the battery, you have to be satisfied with the lighter tint. The sunglasses lose a star for this. The concept behind these are great, however they did not live up the expectations I had hoped for. First they do not get that dark or refelctive to keep sun out of your eyes. The sound quality is ok, I cant complain about that. The nose piece pushes the glasses away from your face too far allowing wind and particles to get in your eyes while running or riding outdoors.
