Perfect for lacrosse practice. Very hard to see in the dark though so if you plan to play at night finder a bright ball. These get lost quick but that’s my own fault. The ball itself is totally great. Read more

In all honesty I don't know how to play lacrosse but I have purchased 4 of these to use for massage. These are the perfect size and hardness to get deep in the muscles and help work out any knots.
