I have a Shockpro boxer short with cup and that is great, however somewhat expensive. You can get 2 of the Champro for one of the Shockpro. For shorter practices I wanted to get something inexpensive and the Champro works. The one issue is that the cup size seems to change on the Champro with the shorts size. The included cup is useless - too pliable and too small (adult small). I used the Shockpro cup inside the Champro cup pouch and it took some inserting but eventually the pouch stretched out and I felt comfortable and protected. I have another older adult Bike cup that is the same size as the Shockpro and that should work as well. Deducted a star for the useless Champro cup. Read more
